  Insults aren't required in our game.Including this also renders any pattern of mobbing,
  defamation,dashes and that sort of thing.It doesn't matter whether a self-censorship
  will be made such as F*** you or %&§!.Also calls for a boycott against other players
  and guilds are prohibited.We wish a decent tone among each other.Insults towards the
  staff of XTC together with re-enactment as a XTC-Staff member will be punished with a
  temporarily or,according to the strength,permanent exclusion(Bann) of the game.
 
3.Denunciations in game aren't desirable!
  Denunciations in our game aren't required and won't be tolerated.If you have a matter
  to one or several players/guilds,please send an extensive ticket to our Support-Team.

4.Bearing
  Be friendly towards other players and don't berate or insult them.
  The threatening and blackmailing of other players won't be tolerated.If you think
  that one of yours teammates isn't going by the serverrules,report him/her to the

  Please behave friendly towards of newbies in game.Everyone have began once and wasn't
  aware of everything.Treat any players so as you yourself would like to be treated of others.

5.Chat in game
  Spamm is to be refraining.Therewith is meant the repeated writing of a same message in
  the chat(in shortly intervals).Beyond that is it reluctantly seen if someone writing in CAPS-LOCK(everything in capitals).
  The dissemination of internetlinks or advertence which have nothing to do with shaiya is prohibited.

  The official language on this server is english.

  English on Trade Chat at All Times!
  We ask this cuz it is one of the most commonly spoken languages, and is the easiest for staff to monitor.
  We understand that not all people speak english, but more speak it than any other language,

  so the pro's outweigh the con's in this one.

6.Grief-Play (Disturbance of other players due to unsolicited style of playing)
  Other gamers may not be disturbed deliberately due to the own style of playing.
  As contrasted with the general behavioral code,concerns this point to the usage of the

  or harassment.Among this comes as for instance "Training"(To pull mobs to other players,

9.Exploiting / exploitation of the mechanical system of the game
  The mechanical system of the game and possible weak spots in game aren't to be entitled
  for unfair and not designated actions.
  This concerns such as the galore farming of kills in pvp due of arrangements
  (Stats Padding) and other methods to provide an unfair and unjustified advantage
  in game.

10.Cheating & Bots
   The changing of the game-client is not allowed.Beyond that is it disallowed to use
   illegal softwares(among to this comes also hacks or cheats) and therefore to provide
   an unfair advantage.

11.Accountinformations
   Each player is for his account autonomous responsible.TO this comes that the

12.GM-Help
   Game Masters[GMs] arent allowed to surrender any objects,money in game or buffs
   to the players.They won't hold anything for you such as at helping at your leveling
   or monster spawning.
   It is prohibited to barter,to invite in a group or in a guild a Gamer Master.
   Exceptions are in the course of an event possible!
  
13.Buying/Selling of virtual items and links to sites third service bureau
   The transfering,searching or comping of accounts,plus begging for money of the game,
   objects or level-groups in public channels is unsolicited.This could conduce to a
   temporary or permanent exclusion(Bann) of the game.

14.Bugs and issues in game
   Bugs and issues in game are to be announced to a staff member of XTC.
   The exploiting of an issue in game is prohibited.This could conduce to a
   temporary or permanent exclusion(Bann) of the game.

15.Incitement
   Anyone who incite one or several players to defy against the gamerules, will risk
   a constant removal of the game.

​

16.Authorities
   In dispute by obscurities or similar situations has a staff member the last word.
   In extreme examples we keep the right for affecting a decision without this to
   justifying.

17.Complaints about XTC-Staff members
   If there should be complaints about individual XTC-Staff member and/or about their
   decisions then please write a ticket to the Support-Team.Remain factual and don't
   use irony or sarcasm.Preferably describe neutral and without the assessment of the
   incidents.

18.The GRB will be played only 1 round that means the respawning of the bosses is
   prohibited to obtain an interesting ranking.By contempt of this rule will the guild
   their entire attained points be extracted and will sink to the last position.

19.External promotions for other servers conducts to a immediately bann.

20.Events Legal Prerequisites

    At events it is NOT allowed to use several raids unless a raid is full then the
   next one will be opened.Raids will be placed basically in TeamOrder.It is to every
   player permitted to join in a MM raid and to participate in the MM.The level does not
   matter.Unless it's a pvp event then it's more sensible that everyone is level 80.
   Raidannounces must be obeyed or else it could lead to a raidexclusion.
   - If you "catch" a GM at the structure of a MM is it vitally to wait till the GM
     releases the spot and not to bash into it...

21.DO NOT KILL IN THE SAFE ZONES!
   Guards protect the safe zones for a reason. if you see a yellow named guard protecting an area, then this is a Safe Zone. if you are a victim
   of safe zone killing, be sure to take a valid ScreenShot, and post in our Reporting Zone on the forums, with the time and date of the inncident.
   Do not flood trade chat, with complaints, again, this is why we have our Support Ticket System, and a Reporting Zone on the forums.

22.Do not beg for items or gold in game.
   Show some self respect, simply asking for something is one thing, but repeatedly asking some one is harrassment.. and we do not tolerate it..
